Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the functional configuration or development of CRM/IT solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (mandatory).
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (preferred).
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred).
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).
- Knowledge of Planisware or similar project portfolio management tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with ITSM, Agile, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with bots or automated assistants is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Defining the vision and roadmap for CRM and related platforms in line with business needs and IT strategy.
- Improving customer and user experience using smart automation, dashboards, and integrations.
- Collaborating with Business Process Owners, key users, and external suppliers.
- Creating user stories, specifications, and process flows.
- Coordinating implementations, releases, and updates.
- Analyzing the impact of changes across multiple disciplines.
- Leading multidisciplinary (project) teams within IT.
