Requirements
Must:
- Completed bachelors or masters degree
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Dutch (a minimum of B2 level Dutch is required)
- Minimum of 1 year functional and/or configuring SAP SuccessFactors
- Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus
- Strong analytical, networking and communication skills
- Speaking and understanding HR business language
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into smart SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system setup, testing, deployment, and ensuring a successful Go-Live.
- Provide post-go-live support, user training, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor in HR transformation.
- Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements and implementation of it.
