Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt een HBO-diploma, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde of Informatica.
- Je hebt ervaring met functioneel beheer (kennis van BiSL is een pré).
- Je kunt bedrijfsprocessen goed analyseren en complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
- Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, commerciële organisatie.
- Je hebt humor, relativeringsvermogen en een positieve instelling.
Responsibilities
- Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor het functioneel beheer van MySolution Flex, Recruitment en andere bedrijfsapplicaties.
- Je vertaalt gebruikerswensen naar concrete systeemaanpassingen en zorgt dat deze soepel worden geïmplementeerd.
- Je signaleert kansen voor procesoptimalisatie en pakt deze actief op samen met de business.
- Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten en zorgt dat deze zonder verstoring worden uitgerold.
- Je handelt incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken snel en adequaat af.
- Je bent de brug tussen eindgebruikers, technisch beheer en andere stakeholders.
