Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding richting ICT
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels goed
- Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collegas
- Je bent sterk in het analyseren van problemen, neemt initiatief en stelt hoge eisen aan de kwaliteit van je werk
- Je kunt goed de voortgang bewaken en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt
Responsibilities
- Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe klantomgevingen vlekkeloos worden opgezet
- Je richt nieuwe omgevingen in op servers en deployt uitbreidingen
- Je verzorgt de technische configuraties bij implementaties
- Je zorgt ervoor dat migratietrajecten soepel verlopen
- Je houdt contact met leveranciers en bewaakt de voortgang
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan collegas tijdens projecten
- Je monitort de status van applicaties en documenteert wijzigingen
- Je pakt incidenten en changes op vanuit projecten of de eerstelijns support
- Je krijgt de ruimte om processen te automatiseren om het werk efficiënter te maken
