Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
- At least 6 years of combined experience in software compliance and product ownership.
- Expertise in Open-source software license compliance, Software export compliance, Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) methodology, and/or Commercial software financial compliance.
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Capability to assess risks and propose practical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate a team toward shared objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assess and report risks related to third-party software usage.
- Follow up on compliance issues with developers and subject matter experts.
- Advise and train teams on solutions to close compliance gaps.
- Define and maintain a team vision and roadmap.
- Prepare quarterly planning events and manage backlog priorities.
- Align stakeholders on demand and cross-team deliverables.
