Requirements
Must:
We expect our ideal candidate to have a Master's degree in IT or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), specifically within the Privileged Access Management domain. A strong foundation in security knowledge is vital, as well as hands-on experience in an Agile/SAFe environment. Familiarity with CyberArk or similar tools (like Beyond Trust) is preferred. You should possess the ability to understand the needs of administrators and application owners and must have a valid work permit for The Netherlands.
Responsibilities
As the Product Owner (PO) for Privileged Access Management (PAM), you will have end-to-end accountability for value creation concerning the services delivered by the team. You will translate ASML's security and IT strategy into a PAM vision, strategy, and roadmap, developing a clear direction aligned with company goals and emerging trends. Ensuring that the Team Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone is essential. You’ll act as a servant leader for the team, maximizing value creation by working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring secure, policy-driven access to critical systems, managing global PAM services, which include password management, session management, and secrets management.
