Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
- Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Familiarity with global enterprise environments and cloud governance
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions
- Excellent prioritization and management of multiple demands
- Proven collaboration skills across teams to build strong relationships
- Proactive mindset with ownership to drive results
- Adaptability to quickly changing priorities and technologies
- Leadership in guiding teams toward shared goals
Responsibilities
- Guide the Cloud Center of Excellence Customer Team to deliver value across ASML
- Lead the Scrum team as Product Owner Cloud Center of Excellence, ensuring delivery of high-value features
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate new cloud demands and onboard them effectively
- Drive cost-efficient and secure cloud adoption through robust processes
- Communicate priorities clearly to ensure alignment with ASML’s strategy
- Share best practices and training materials to support DevOps teams
Description
As a part of ASML, we are looking to enhance our cloud strategy and accelerate innovation in semiconductor manufacturing. This full-time position is based in Veldhoven, Netherlands, where you will work in a creative and dynamic environment with supportive colleagues. The indicative annual salary range for this role is between € 96.000 - € 108.000, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment.
