- We hold a masters degree in a Data, Analytics, or AI-related field, complemented by strong business education or equivalent experience.
- We demonstrate strong command of data product management, modern data stacks, lifecycle tooling, and cost governance.
- We stay current with organizational and technical best practices, including AI for data and analytics.
- We have executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- We bring a growth mindset, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change.
- We are strategic, analytical, and visionary thinkers with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- We have a strong, empowering leadership style and solid team management abilities.
- We are proficient in budget management and in planning for the best trade-offs of cost, risk, and value.
Responsibilities
- We lead Digital Intelligence Product management and development.
- We orchestrate the maturity of this capability across ASML toward end-to-end digital intelligence product portfolios.
- We define product strategy, product federated orchestration, and factory operating principles.
- We set portfolio guardrails for prioritization, funding, re-use, and sunsetting.
- We own the full product lifecycle and ensure traceable decisions, governance, and compliance.
- We lead the central factory and orchestrate hybrid delivery to plan and efficiently in collaboration with sectors and internal and external partners.
- We drive business outcome-focused value management, including measurement, benefits realization, showcasing, and portfolio health reporting.
- We define product standards and benchmark against top practices.
- We build, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team and network.
- We level up digital intelligence fluency across the network.
- We co-shape transversal Chief Data Office themes and support sector initiatives.
