To be suitable for the internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree in data science, data analytics, or software development.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- You work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate proactivity and time management.
- You have experience or affinity with PowerApps, Mendix, and user experience principles.
Other requirements include:
- You must be enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.
- Please attach a cover letter with a clear motivation for your interest in this specific internship.
- You need to be located in the Netherlands for the duration of your internship. If you are currently living or studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV and motivation letter must include your willingness to relocate.
- If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the relevant internship documents (i.e., Nuffic agreement).

Responsibilities
In this internship, your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing the current tool setup and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with engineers to understand key information and user needs.
- Designing and implementing a Mendix-based solution to replace PowerApps.
- Creating clear documentation standards for the updated tooling.
- Ensuring the new solution is engaging and easy to navigate.
- Supporting deployment and adoption within the engineering community.

Description
Our Customer Support (CS) team ensures that ASML systems in customer fabs run at the highest levels of predictability and availability. The CS DUV Service Engineering team acts as the technical interface between field engineers and central teams, translating scanner performance and field issues into structural solutions for current and future systems. This internship is designed for a bachelors or masters degree student and lasts a minimum of 5 months, requiring 4-5 days of work per week (3 days on-site).
