Must:
- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week.
- Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
- Je hebt ervaring in klantenservice als pre.
Responsibilities
- Je onderhoudt relaties met zakelijke partners door regelmatige communicatie en ondersteuning te bieden.
- Je ontwikkelt op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor uiteenlopende uitdagingen waarmee partners te maken krijgen.
- Je beantwoordt vragen en geeft deskundig advies om partners te helpen hun doelen te bereiken.
- Je signaleert verbeterpunten en draagt bij aan procesoptimalisatie binnen de samenwerking.
- Je analyseert prestatiegegevens en legt interacties vast in CRM-systemen om inzichten te genereren en verbeteringen door te voeren.
