Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Information Technology or a related subject
- 3 years' experience working in IT
- Strong understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial-page updates, SSR and CCR and REST API
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript client-side frameworks (e.g. Angular, REACT, VueJs, WebComponents)
- Proficient understanding of State Management Tool (e.g. Redux, RxJS, NGRX)
- Strong knowledge of CSS pre-processing platforms (e.g. LESS and SASS)
- Strong knowledge of distributed version-control systems
- Understanding of Java server-side programming technologies (e.g. JSP)
- Knowledge of web design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Fluent in English (preferred Dutch)
- Must live in the Netherlands
- Knowledge of Spartacus commerce cloud by SAP is a plus
Responsibilities
- Development and documentation of complex user stories
- Write clean code with good code coverage and follow industry best practices
- Perform peer code reviews
- Understand the whole system
- Work closely with team members, including those located remotely
- Collaborate with other teams (like back-end development) to support all phases of software development
- Analyze, debug, and fix issues in live environments as needed
- Find ways to improve system robustness, resilience, and stability
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Quality Assurance specialists to provide new functionality for our websites

You will join our Technology Online Business department at our head office in Renswoude, working on the Kruidvat and Trekpleister web shops and apps that receive millions of visitors. Together we will bring digital projects and changes in the field of eCommerce to life.
