- Optimaliseren van ITSM processen & controls
- Genereren van data ten behoeve van rapportage
- Inspireren van het team met ideeën en verbetervoorstellen
- Automatiseren van IT werkprocessen
- Borging van de kwaliteit van IT dienstverlening
- Ondersteunen van zelfredzaamheid van IT teams vanuit het ServiceNow platform
Description
Bij APG bieden we een stimulerende werkomgeving binnen het team Processen & Rapportage, waar we ondersteuning bieden aan alle IT-teams. Wij begrijpen het belang van efficiëntie en inzicht in IT-processen. We bieden je, afhankelijk van relevante kennis en ervaring, een brutosalaris tussen de 5074 - 7248 EUR op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur). Onze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gericht op flexibiliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, met de mogelijkheid om 2 à 3 dagen thuis te werken.
