Requirements
Must:
- Sterke expertise in PySpark, Databricks en Python
- Ervaring met OO principles: objectgeoriënteerde principes, en daarbij behorende talen als C#, Java etc.
- Ervaring met Azure Data Platform en DevOps-praktijken
- Opleiding in Computer Science of Engineering
- Sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels
- Zelfstandig, goed georganiseerd en een echte teamspeler
- Coaching of mentoring van junior developers
Responsibilities
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van PySpark-gebaseerde data pipelines in Databricks
- Samenwerken met analytics-teams om datamodellen te verbeteren voor BI-tools
- Documenteren van oplossingen en kennisdeling binnen het team
- Actief contact onderhouden met stakeholders zoals front office, IT en architectuurteams

Wij zijn een internationaal team binnen het domein Responsible Investments en bieden strategische oplossingen op het gebied van verantwoord beleggen, gebaseerd op Cloud-technologieën. Als PySpark/Databricks Developer bij APG Asset Management richt je je op het ontwikkelen van data pipelines voor nieuwe Investment- en Research-platforms en het optimaliseren van datastromen binnen bestaande platforms. Afhankelijk van je relevante kennis en ervaring bieden wij een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris tot maximaal 7400,- euro (fulltime, 40 uur) en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden gericht op flexibiliteit, zoals aandacht voor vitaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de mogelijkheid om 2-3 dagen per week thuis te werken.
