Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in C++ development, with 5+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle challenging technical issues.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
- Completed HBO or WO education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely with engineering teams in other countries than the Netherlands.

- Translate complex technical specifications into robust, high-quality code and software architectures.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, implementing innovative and effective solutions.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated tests, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
