Currently, everyone receives a Dell developers laptop. Our Coding Setup is diverse and depends on your role (front-end, back-end, etc.). Cloud Provider is fixed and is Microsoft Azure.

Wat is uw beleid voor werken op afstand??
Activity-based working is at the heart of hybrid working. The activities you carry out on a specific day determine where and when you work. In the past, we have not asked ourselves enough questions about the best time and place to do our various work activities. The nine-to-five grind spent at the office was the norm – we hardly gave it a second thought. This meant that we were stuck in traffic jams en masse and we sat at the same workstation all day, no matter which work activities we were doing. The coronavirus crisis has taught us that we can do this a lot smarter and that we can work from home very effectively. Als je Agile doet - hoe is je agile proces & releasecyclus? Hoeveel codering versus vergaderingen/planning?
This differs per team. One team works with a cycle of 2 weeks and the other with 3. The split between coding vs meetings depends on the department or team. We promote that not everyone needs to be present at every meeting, so developers have more time to code.
Heb je in-house tech workshops of hackathons? Is er een educatief budget?
Yes, for example there is a weekly Coding Dojo. In addition, chapters also organise their own initiatives.
