Must:
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een projectleider met:
- Minimaal MBO 4-niveau in projectmanagement of installatietechniek, of relevante werkervaring.
- Een rijbewijs B en de bereidheid om projectlocaties te bezoeken.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling.
- Een proactieve houding en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
- De motivatie om vakkennis op peil te houden en veilig te werken.

Responsibilities
Als projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van onze installatietechnische projecten. Dit betekent dat je:
- De financiële en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor diverse projecten.
- Zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en organisatie van installaties op het gebied van sanitair en klimaatbeheersing.
- Contact onderhoudt met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en collega's om het project succesvol te realiseren.
- Streeft naar kwaliteit en ervoor zorgt dat projecten opgeleverd worden met 0 opleverpunten.
- Actief bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van onze organisatie.

Je werkt aan uitdagende installatietechnische projecten op het gebied van sanitair en warmte- & koudetechniek, waaronder warmtepompen. Wil jij werken in een groeiende organisatie waar jouw inzet en ideeën écht het verschil maken? Bij ons krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in een dynamische en informele werkomgeving. Wij bieden een salaris tot €5000 per maand op basis van ervaring en opleiding, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, ruimte om door te groeien en je kennis verder uit te breiden, en een hecht team waarin samenwerken en plezier hand in hand gaan.
