Requirements
Must:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, ervaring met Scrum is een grote plus.
- Ervaring met softwareontwikkeling, bij voorkeur binnen procesautomatisering, ESG/CSRD of reporting software.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en weet hoe je projecten en externe partners moet managen.
- Je herkent jezelf in het werken met overzicht, structuur en veel details.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
Responsibilities
- Bepalen van de strategische richting en prioriteiten binnen jouw productgebied.
- Vertalen van strategie naar epics, user stories en een duidelijke product backlog.
- Samenwerken met een multidisciplinair team om features te realiseren en te verbeteren.
- Afstemmen en sparren met collega’s binnen het productteam om de productvisie verder te versterken.

Met ons platform kunnen bedrijven aantrekkelijke duurzaamheidsrapporten opstellen en hun duurzaamheidsaanpak toelichten. We hebben een warm team dat klaar staat om samen te werken aan de toekomst van Tangelo Software. Als Product Owner krijg je de ruimte om jouw manier van werken zelf in te richten, met als basis zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap. Wij bieden een salaris tot €6000,- bruto per maand, flexibele werktijden, de mogelijkheid tot 3 dagen thuiswerken, 28 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van fulltime, en diverse vergoedingen en een pensioenvoorziening bij ASR.
