Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt een afgeronde hbo/wo opleiding en minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Product Owner in een technische Agile IT-omgeving, bij voorkeur met IAM- of security-gerelateerde systemen.
- Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en weet requirements te vertalen naar epics, features en user stories met duidelijke businesswaarde.
- Je hebt praktijkervaring met Identity & Access Management (IAM), waaronder Microsoft Entra ID en minimaal één van de NetIQ-producten (IDM of IGA).
- Je hebt diepgaande kennis van IAM-concepten (zoals SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, SCIM, federation met SAML en OIDC/OAuth2) en relevante security-standaarden (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
Responsibilities
- Als Product Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de product backlog van het IAM DevOps team en creëer je backlog items met duidelijke waarde voor Stedin.
- Je neemt stakeholders mee in de product roadmap en de voortgang van de levering van (deel)producten.
- In nauwe samenwerking met de Product Manager en Solution Architect draag je een heldere product visie uit met als uitgangspunt het belang van Stedin en haar klanten/stakeholders.
- Je inspireert je team met duidelijke doelen, stuurt bij waar nodig en geeft ruimte voor eigenaarschap.
- Je vertaalt strategische doelen en businessvragen naar een duidelijke productvisie, roadmap en backlog items, en werkt nauw samen met de architect en het CISO office.
- Je helpt andere IT-teams bij complexe IAM-vraagstukken en denkt mee aan de langere termijn inrichting van het team.
